FREYR'S VISION is pyramidal:

Objectives:

I. promoting individual dignity and value, equal opportunities for all:

1. tolerance, acceptance, understanding, respect and care for people around us, irrespective of their nationality, race, age, background
2. a life free from fear, harassment or discrimination
3. equality of rights and opportunities 
4. resilient social relationships, social and cultural cohesion

II. promoting longlife learning: 

1. skilling, upskilling and reskilling, at any age
2. digital literacy, e-privacy and e-security, media literacy - synthetic media, misinformation, disinformation, and fake news
3. green literacy

Focus groups: disadvantaged people, such as NEETs, early school-leavers, low-skilled adults, people with a migrant or refugee background – especially newly-arrived migrants, people belonging to a national or ethnic minority, sign language users, people with linguistic adaptation and cultural inclusion difficulties, seniors etc.

III. promotes and supports a healthy lifestyle and environment:

1. healthy, active & balanced lifestyle 
2. healthy planet
3. active ageing
